Monday was the official Dad's and Donuts day at Ava's preschool. I took her to school and then stayed for about 30 minutes to socialize with her classmates and fellow dads.
It was fun to see all the dads. My favorite was seeing the corporate dads all dressed up in their suits trying to sit in a preschoolers chair and still look dignified - ain't gonna happen. They should have followed my lead and gone with standard virtual casual attire - zip fleece and jeans.... :)
Ava gave me a present while I was there - a really nice bookmark. It has a beautiful picture of Ava on one side and little butterflies she made with her fingerprints on the other side - quite a treasure....not to be confused with Trevor who Ava calls Treasure....
