Karin's Kustom Burgerz

So good that Branson has to eat them two at a time!!
Another home run from America's Test Kitchen that Karin has made her own.  Involves visiting the butcher to get slabs of beef rib and sirloin.  Freeze for 15 min, cut into 1" cubes, freeze for 15 min, "grind" in food processor, make into the loosest patties you can get into a semblance of a circle, freeze for 15 min, place in hot skillet for 3 min on one side, 1 min on the other, top with slice of american cheese.  Brown your potato rolls with butter in another skillet to make them "juice resistant", make a homemade thousand island-ish burger sauce, add your grilled onions, and get ready for the best burger you have ever had....seriously.  Am I not the luckiest guy EVER to have a wife who can out cook the best burgers and pizza I have ever had in restaurants?!?!
