Running a tad behind on my blogs...but Easter this year was great!
My dad was in town moving his life's possessions into his new townhouse near Lake Norman - he recently had rotator cuff surgery and had very limited use of his dominate arm so he needed lots of help. Can you imagine moving and only having one hand to do it....ugh. We got to enjoy some great meals together at the Harbor Club near Davidson, McAllister's, and 131 Main.
We spent Easter morning at our new church home (Life Fellowship) and were able to have a uniquely wonderful time worshiping the risen saviour. One of the songs they did was the Revelation song - I'm sure you know it - but it was so powerful. Loved it! Following church we headed to Karin's parents along with Graham & KT, Ashley & Mark, and Dad & Bonnie. Keith and Becky even joined us. As usual Lynn had this increadible spread of food and we all enjoyed hanging out and eating on the back deck. Then Ellie and Ava kept us busy with about a half dozen egg hunts. They got quite competitive actually...there was much running around, jostling, and boxing out happening!
