Well Ryan Homes purchased many of the remaining lots in our hood recently and let me tell you, they don't waste any time! We have been really impressed with the quality of their PM and work teams. Karin is not so happy about the 7AM start time on the gargantuan track hoe (thx Dan) in our side yard, but Branson has loved EVERY minute of it. You can usually find Branson looking out any window where he can get a good view of the action.
If you have not been to the house in a while you will be amazed at how much has changed just in the last month. They pretty much built all the structure of a house in about 3 weeks, dug a basement lot on our left, and have removed that huge mountain of dirt on the silt pond lot to our right. The PM estimates about 200 huge dumptruck loads of dirt will be required to finish the silt pond lot. Yikes.
