If you dress warm enough, even a sunny afternoon of 48 degrees can feel like 60 degrees :) Ava, Branson, and Daddy decided to enjoy a sunny lunch on the back deck in spite of the cold weather. Maybe we are just anticipating the 58 degree weather forecasted for Friday!!
Todays lunch menu consisted of ritz cracker PB & Apricot jelly crackers, grilled cheese panini, caprese panini (fresh motz, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, salt, pepper, drizzled in olive oil), ham and cheese panini (honey ham, swiss cheese, spicy mayo), and garden salsa sun chips. Yum.
