One of Karin's dad's longtime dreams was for his family to be just like the von Trapp family in The Sound of Music and to spontaneously break out in beautiful songs. Well....it may not have been beautiful (to most of us) but it was a pretty special moment for Papa. Son-in-Law Graham Clark changed all the words to So Long, Farewell as part of a gift to Bruce at his big retirement party...if only the family had some singing talent....
The Wray kids will be happy to know that their lyrical prowness will be captured forever on the blog site...hopefully this little presentation does not show up on youtube under a heading like "when great songs go bad" or "How to mess up a masterpiece" or "Make the bad noise stop"
