Branson and I kicked Mother's Day off by heading out at 7:45 AM and picking up 4 gallons of strawberries from the local farmer's stand (their first customers of the day), a nice boquet of flowers, and at momma's request - bacon, egg, and cheese biscuts from Bojangles... One of those pregnancy cravings I guess....
Then it was off to church to hear our dear friends the Murphy's share their adoption story during a series at UCF called Metamorphisis. Then it was home to enjoy lunch on the back deck with Karin's mom and dad on an amazing 65 and sunny Sunday afternoon. Tuna melts, chips, and FRESH strawberry shortcake. Naps, a light dinner, and an evening walk around the hood rounded out a very nice day.
