Fields of Greens

Does it get any better than being able to take a pair of scissors into your garden on a cool April evening and gather up the first fresh salad of the year?  I pulled in mescaline mix, salad bowl, great lakes, spinach, and cilantro to make the tastiest, freshest salad I have had in a while!  Combined with a fresh caprese sandwich off the Panini grill and some sweet potatoe fries….wow – what a dinner!  Thanks Karin!
