I am sure we are going to do a bunch of construction progress posts while our house is being built, but here is the first for those of you that don't live close enough to stop by as often as I do (every 2 hours) to check on progress :) I have to say, watching a skilled bulldozer/front loader operator is like watching ballet...only way more interesting. I love watching that diesel monster strain away while moving mountains!! So stinking cool!!
What was done this week?
- Dug out the basement foundation.
- Leveled and graded the pad for the house
- Marked the pad for the footers which should go in next week.
