It started out as a gloomy, rainy, cool day. Karin and I were actually sitting out on the front porch drinking coffee till about 11AM when it started to perk up. By festival time (2PM) the weather had turned to a beautiful fall day - the girls at one point complained that it was too hot!!
Highland Creek puts on a fall festival each year, but this year was all new with an Arts festival component AND a new venue at the Highland Creek Elementary School. It turned out great - fun games, all kinds of blow up slides and bounce houses, tons of food (nachos, burgers, cotton candy, popcorn, etc...).
The kids had a blast and did not let me leave until they were shutting the place down! Enjoy the video.
