For the last five years around this time of the year our Young Life Area (Greater Lake Norman area) hosts a golf tournament which is one of the two major fundraising events we do each year.
The weather out at the beautiful Pine Island Country Club was very similar to last year's tournament - cool and windy. The golfing was great, the dinner of BBQ, chicken, beans, slaw, and chick-fil-a brownies was awesome, and the Ultimate Putt Competition was a great success.
The community that makes up Young Life in this area is amazing - being able to spend a day with these great people in a beautiful and fun filled setting was truly a joy. Take a look at the video below to get an idea of what this day was like. Enjoy!
