Edible Bouquets of Aromatic Verdent Greens

I am sad to see the hot weather kick in b/c all my lettuce plants are ceasing their diligent leafy production.  The heavily cut back lettuce was the first to succumb, followed by the spinich which is now growing tall and thin (threatening to bolt any day).

I am already looking forward to the cool fall days and subseqent spring seasons for when I can again go out and cut salad after salad from the ol' garden.  The fresh, nutty, lemony greens pulled from a home garden simply do not compare to the flavorless and overly crispy lettuce found in the store.
